EXPRESS SHIPPING: The customer sends their own courier to our warehouse, after prior coordination.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
We process orders Monday through Saturday. All purchases placed after noon on Saturday will be processed starting Monday.
Shipments are not made on public holidays. Shipments will be scheduled for the next business day.

FREE SHIPPING: FOR PURCHASES OVER S/499 (Important: free shipping covers a maximum of S/20 (Flat rate) or with a weight of up to 2 kilos of the package)
If the destination or weight exceeds 2 kilos or the distance exceeds the cost of S/20, there will be an additional surcharge depending on the weight of the package and the destination.
Delivery time is counted from the confirmation of purchase.
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address (district and city, street and reference, full name, ID, telephone number) in their order.
For in-store pickup orders, delivery is expected within 48 hours (business days). The delivery date will be notified to the cell phone number you registered with your purchase.
