EXCHANGE POLICY

We want your shopping experience to be magnificent. Every garment comes with a warranty, and we offer 15 business days for any exchange.

IMPORTANT: The garment must be in optimal condition ( no stains, odors, pet hair, pre-washed, or signs of use, and the label must be kept).

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR MAKING A CHANGE?

-If your purchase was made online, you must send the item to our warehouse after prior coordination through our customer service channels via WhatsApp or email. You must specify the reason for the exchange. Important The garment must be in optimal condition ( no stains, no odors, and the label must be still attached) . Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

-If your purchase was made in a physical store, you can visit any of our branches and bring proof of purchase. Important The garment must be in optimal condition ( it must not have any stains or odors and must still have the label) .

-If the garment has manufacturing defects, please contact us through our customer service channels for immediate assistance. The garment must retain its label.

-We do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges for size, color, or style. Important: If you exchange a garment, it must be for the same price as the original item you purchased. Otherwise, if the item you wish to exchange is more expensive, you must pay the difference. Exchanges for items that are less expensive than the original item are not accepted.

-Discounted items cannot be exchanged.
